Winners/losers waiting for enough of their own group to accumulate before the next release. Sometimes worth letting them wait — sometimes worth unstaging so they mix with the regular queue instead.

Pick the Open Play session to end. Only that session is ended — every other session keeps running untouched.
This session will be archived before resetting the live court board.
An Open Play session is one date + timeslot + tier, with its own name (this is the name that shows in the history and reports) and its own list of players. Self check-in opens 30 minutes before it starts and closes 15 minutes before it ends. Two sessions for the SAME tier can't overlap on the same date — different tiers can. For another tier, create another session.
Columns: Name, Handle (optional), Phone (optional). A header row is fine.
Type the Start time and the Duration and the End time is worked out for you, or set the End time yourself. Loading a Reclub link fills these in — double-check them against the event's Reclub notes, the badge is sometimes wrong.

Pre-register players for the NEXT session here — the current live session isn't touched until you click "Start Next Session." 0 player(s) currently staged.
Reclub import happens when you create (or re-sync) an Open Play session. You can also create a session from a pasted list or a CSV file.

These Open Play sessions are ready to start (from 30 minutes before their start time until they end). Picking one brings in only ITS players; the other sessions stay as they are. A tier can only run one session at a time.
Applies to staff and TV views only — the player-facing queue page is unaffected either way. Tier and status colors stay the same in both themes.
Lets two tiers share courts instead of each having their own dedicated ones — useful when one tier has a lot more players than courts available. Off by default; only affects courts you specifically set to "Pooled."
Resets win/loss to zero and reshuffles the queue order for everyone currently checked in — same roster, fresh start. Not saved to Session History.
Picking a single tier leaves every other tier's queue and stats untouched.
How the waiting line orders players who haven't just finished a match. Only affects wait order — it can't make courts open any faster.
Rename a tier any time. The four built-in tiers cannot be deleted. Extra tiers can be added (up to 8 in all) and deleted again when nothing is using them.
Only an admin can add or delete tiers. You can rename them.
